Despite the weather in Bratislava was really cold and rainy, we enjoyed a lot of nice things during the two november days. There were a lot of nice views during the walk across Danube and back. Nice views are probably also from the castle, we saw just fog and some contours of the city under us. The highlight of our trip was the slovakian cousine. On saturday we had roasted duck and pork with delicious dumplings and cabage, on sunday we tried the national dish halušky with sheep cheese brynza. Also we had pirohy and strapačky but we liked halušky the most. Bratislava is just two and half hours drive by train from Budapest. We will visit the city probably one more time in summer, not only to taste more sorts of the famous ice-cream in Koun.
